If your domain cannot be reached, people may not be able to visit your website.

What does the health check do?
We automatically try to access your website.
If the website responds normally, the check passes.
If the website cannot be reached, or the server returns an error, you will receive a warning or failure.
What should I do if this check fails?
First, try opening your website in a normal browser.
If it does not load, contact your web hosting provider or domain provider.
You can simply tell them:
“My website domain is not responding correctly. Please check the DNS, hosting and domain configuration.”
If the website loads normally in your browser but the check is failing, your hosting provider should still investigate the server response.
